We will do everything we can to provide you with your preference for a room, but we reserve the right to upgrade guests at no additional cost.
Reservations are confirmed with a valid credit card. There is a $50.00 non-refundable deposit required on all bookings.
As the bed and breakfast is the way we make our living, should you cancel your reservations within eight to fourteen days prior to arrival, your credit card will be charged 50% of the total reservation cost. If seven or fewer days notice is provided, you will be charged 100% of the cost of the stay, unless we are able to re-sell the room on your behalf.
Additional people in the room are $50.00 per person (plus tax), and include a full breakfast and all the other amenities available at 40 Bay Street.
Please note, for the comfort of other guests, we cannot accommodate children under the age of 11.
Check In time is after 4:00 p.m. Check Out time is prior to 11:00 a.m. Please make special arrangements for arrival times after 9:00 p.m. Out of respect for our other guests, we cannot extend check-in times beyond 9:00 p.m. in high season.
Please note, this a non-smoking facility; however, you may smoke outside. We do not have any pets on our premises and we cannot accommodate guest pets on-site. We will be pleased to provide contact information for a local pet sitter or kennel, or other accommodators that accept pets.
40 Bay Street Bed & Breakfast provides free parking on our property; however please note you are parking at your own risk. We assume no liability for your vehicle, contents nor attachments.
